First Birthday Photography Sessions
What happens at a first birthday photo shoot?
A lot of fun happens at my sessions!
You have a choice of what you would like to include: either a fruit bath or a cake smash!
Both are tons of fun and a great experience for your little one!
As well as this I will also take natural, playful images of your little one to celebrate their big day!
From playing with tambourines, reading books, popping bubbles, together we will create some amazing imagery you will love for years to come.
We can also include some family portraits! Always provide the opportunity for mama to get in the photograph and show your little one just how much they are adored!
How long will the session last?
My photo sessions generally last up to an hour and I like to make you feel comfortable as you would be at home, going at the pace and energy of your child and capturing memories of their personalities and quirks throughout our time together. Quite often my session are over a lot quicker than an hour, but I pencil in this amount of time should your little need to extra comforting during the session. My child centred approach allows me to go at their pace, so we will always capture beautiful photographs. I have once captured a full gallery for a client in just 20 minutes! It all really depends on your child.
I want you to enjoy your experience with me, whilst we capture some amazing memories of your child for you but equally I do not keep you longer than necessary!
Where will my session take place?
I have a comfortable, simple studio in Ham, Plymouth that has been created specifically with little ones in mind. We have plenty of street parking outside and a few minutes away from some shops and well as being privileged of having a nature reserve on our doorstep!

When should I book a photo shoot?
First birthdays are a wonderful and monumental times to capture beautiful images of your little one! It is advised to book in at least one month in advance to make sure we have availability for you, but please send me a message if its closer, we nearly always are able to squeeze in one more session!

How much will this cost me?
Pricing is a very important question to ask, I have three collections available to suit your budget.
All that is required to book your photo shoot is a £79 fee, to secure your booking this includes one digital image. Options to purchase more.
