There is something truly magical about the anticipation of a new family member. Whether you find out the gender, or keep it as a suprise, the wonder of who they will look like (nearly always the dad, sorry mums!) whose eyes, whose hair, whose nose. That sweet anticipations when a new baby comes into your lives
And lets not forget how the baby got their in the first place, the love of two people, devoted to each other enough to bring a baby into the world.
I truly love photographing maternity sessions, especially when the dad is willing to be in the photographs too, as it shows the love and joy that comes with being pregnant in those final weeks of countdown. Photographs, I know their child will love to see as they grow older and know that their love for each other is what brought them into the world.
