Family sessions don't have to be just mum, dad and children, I embrace the whole family here, so if you want to include your sister, your mum and brother, then go for it, My sessions are very natural and I try to get the family to be as they were if I weren't there, Not always easy and is a bit more challenging but I never shy away that easy.
